Vintage Coke Sign
|
|
24"L X 44"W Great large vintage Coca Cola sign. Condition is Fair to Good. Sign shows age. Some scratches to the front add to the character and vintage appeal. Glass against metal.
The exact age of the sign is not known, although it believed to be from the 70's or earlier. According to Wikipedia, '1941 saw the first use of the nickname "Coke" as an official trademark
for the product, with a series of advertisements informing consumers
that "Coke means Coca-Cola". [67] In 1971 a song from a Coca-Cola commercial called " I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing", produced by Billy Davis, became a hit single.'
